Design is more than a practice, it is an attitude; one that seeks new ways to approach challenges. That embraces experimentation, diversity of experience and thought. It is an attitude to be more than the sum of your experience, thoughts and practice.

To design is to seek balance. We should carefully consider the resources deployed and people involved in realising a viable, sustainable and valuable outcome. Equally, we should consider the broader implications of our solutions, be they technological, social, economic or biological.
3. Empower Diversity
Complex challenges require diverse teams. Diversity of thought, experience and skill are how we mitigate against blind spots, find new levels of understanding and ultimately design more effective and valuable solutions.
4. Gain Momentum
However small our actions and by however many increments necessary, we must move forward to results as quickly as possible. Gaining actionable insight early will exponentially increase our success going forward.
